Job Responsibilities As a Business Analyst for the WEC Infrastructure and Fuels Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead We Energies Very Large Customer tariff (VLC) business administration readiness activities, data aggregation/analysis and reporting needs
• Support of the WEC Energy Group Generation Shaping Plan and generation project acquisitions
• Support developers, and both internal and external subject matter experts in the execution of project due diligence
• Support utility-scale and Distributed Energy Resources (DER) diligence/Q&A logs to facilitate exchange of information between developers and subject matter experts
• Assist in the prioritization and ensure resolution of open Q&A prior to agreement execution and/or transaction close/start of commercial operations
• Participate in recurring developer calls and provide updates on the status of project due diligence
• Maintain and distribute reports containing cost and schedule information to leadership and assisting work groups
• Support the team’s continuous improvement efforts by offering perspective on reporting and process improvements, and in ensuring coordination and communication across assisting work groups as to project status, milestones and expectations
• Develop functional, process, and system documentationMinimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required
• The Associate Business Analyst is an entry level analyst position where relevant experience is preferred
• Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
• Experience working with project management methodology preferred
• Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word)Preferred Qualifications
