Job Description

Fred Haas Toyota World is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Biller to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process vehicle billing for retail, lease, and wholesale transactions
  • Verify accuracy of sales documentation and ensure all supporting paperwork is complete
  • Post new and used vehicle sales to accounting records
  • Maintain schedules and reconcile billing statements
  • Communicate with sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Submit and follow up on funding with financial institutions
  • Ensure timely submission of DMV paperwork and related documentation
  • Support month-end closing procedures
  • Assist with additional accounting functions and administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general accounting software
  • Automotive dealership billing experience preferred

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous dealership billing or accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver license (must be insurable)
