Now Hiring: Bilingual Child Advocate

Location: SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center

Status: Full-Time

SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual Child Advocate (English/Spanish) to join our team. This role provides direct support to child victims of abuse and their families, ensuring they are heard, supported, and connected to resources throughout the investigative and healing process.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and emotional support to children and caregivers.
• Help families navigate the investigation, court process, and community resources.
• Conduct intakes, needs assessments, and provide ongoing case management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, child protective services, prosecutors, and therapists.
• Ensure Spanish-speaking families receive culturally and linguistically appropriate services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal & written) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field required. Masters preferred.
• Experience working with children, trauma survivors, or vulnerable populations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
